Best French Restaurant in Grand Prairie

What a pleasant surprise to find this little gem as I am not the local here. The food was amazing, especially the king mushroom steak. The mushroom was cooked just right, not too soft, and still had the crunch with flavorful sauce. This was a delicious meatless dish that I would come back if I live here. This place is known to serve 0.0 cocktail (no alcohol), I tried the Whiskey Crimson and Saison de Barcelona Beer cocktail. Both were fantastic and satisfying again. The place was very clean with chic and tasteful deco, and attentive service. I got to hear about their story and what inspired them to open this business. I wish them the best and truly believe that their business will continue to prosper.

They just had their soft opening happened on Sunday. Service was very helpful and they explained the concept of the bistro (French and Spanish Bistro) We ordered two Mocktail drinks (The Sunrise and La Rivera) and it was amazing! We also got two tapas dishes: The Forest Mushroom Velvet and Bistro Mussels. It was hard to pick favorites between the two, but if I had to pick then it would have to be Mussels. The tomato sauce was so flavorful and complimented the Mussels. The mushrooms was a delight and love the kick in that red-pink sauce! The entrees we had was Signature Kol&Gia Spaghetti and Spaghetti from Montjuic. Hands down the Signature Spaghetti really had the seafood flavor down and the most flavorful of the two. Spaghetti from Montjuic gave me a marinated grill flavor. I'm not used to eating spaghetti like that, but it was still tasty. Both dishes had a lot of seafood components such as shrimp, Mussels and squid. They are not stingy with the portion! Overall a very elegant setting and prices are fair. You wouldn't find a place like this unless you go to Dallas and/or Fort Worth for double the price. FYI since it is a soft opening, they do have a limited menu. They will officially open this Friday, so please check this place out!

I am in loveeeeee with their coffees!!! 10000/10 delicious. Ambience is so cute and the service is incredibly attentive and kind (as others have mentioned!) my favs: patatas bravas, bistro mussels, the eggplant, impossible project, & Rosie cloud!!!

This restaurant has such a cute vibe, wonderful for date night or doing some studying or work on your laptop. I tried their triple silk drink, and various tapas and entrees. Honestly I would go back just for their drinks they were so delicious! I enjoyed their unique menu, consisting of pescatarian dishes and alcohol-free cocktails. No pork, beef, or chicken or alcohol on site. It’s a nice refreshing change from the other restaurants available to choose from in the area. Highly recommend checking this place out, I can’t wait to go back!
